I’m a strategic experience designer working and living in Berlin.
I enable teams and organizations to identify and act on opportunities – to shape products, services and dynamics that create value for customers, employees and business alike.

With 13 years of multi-domain expertise I inform, conduct and facilitate integral parts of the innovation journey: purpose and culture, vision and scope, people and processes, customer needs and business goals, integrated services and touchpoints, brand and product – so that good ideas grow into great, seamless experiences.

I accompany teams in the areas of:
 culture and process evolution, customer research, service- and product innovation, product leadership and brand strategy.



I had the pleasure of working with Blinkist – supporting to evolve their value proposition; Forever Day One – developing NPS-raising insurance services; Ape Unit X Tip Me – enabling direct tipping from consumers to producers; Stan Hema – developing sustainable brand experiences; Edenspiekermann – applying up-to-date process methodology; and under my own flag to create strategies and customer centered experiences for Signal Iduna, European Bank, Namics, Bauhaus100, Bosch, Priori Data, Welt and RedBull TV – while having great people on my side.
