2. Data collection and processing

a) When visiting the website

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or any comparable technology. No usage profile is created and nothing is shared with any third party for advertising, analytics, or marketing purposes.

When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits limited technical information to the hosting server (Abonda – ProviderWeb, Wildeck, Germany) as part of standard server operation. This data is temporarily recorded in a server log file:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the file retrieved
  • Referrer URL (website from which access was made)
  • Browser type/version and operating system

This data is processed solely to ensure stable and secure website operation and is deleted automatically after a short period. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). It is never used to identify you personally.

b) When using the contact form

If you use the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, message, and any optional fields) is processed solely to handle your enquiry. This data is transmitted to me by email and is not stored in a server-side database or shared with any third party.

  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR), given by checking the consent box before submitting. Where the enquiry leads to a business relationship, processing may additionally rest on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.
  • Storage duration: for as long as necessary to process the enquiry and any follow-up correspondence, unless statutory retention obligations apply (§§ 147 AO, 257 HGB — up to 6 or 10 years for business correspondence).
